- 1 / 5By Shajuanna GlowaTerrible customer service! My husband and I walked in here and the lady behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us. So I told her that we were brand new to the area and had never eaten there before... Again... No acknowledgement... She could care less. So my husband asked her what is a Zels burger... She sarcastically replied, " A hamburger." And so he proceeds to ask her what comes on it and she just points to a sign. At that moment we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. It's a shame because people rave about the food but we didn't even get to that point because we couldn't make it past her attitude.March 28, 2017
